Pooping in the Library

There’s that terrible moment when you just can’t hold all that digested energy waiting to leave you anymore, so you hurry yourself to your sanctuary. You feel bad for the girl that’s already in there, because you know that she didn’t sign up for all this. So when everything is said and done, in her own form of vengeance, she leaves her own sanctuary, and has a silent, brooding, mid-day crisis at the sink. What is she doing, you ask? She is staring at the mirror, knowing full well that you have completed your unholy duty. She is waiting. She is waiting to see if you will accept the dare of coming out and owning up to the unwelcome punishment that you have put her through. She knows you won’t do it. You will sit there, pants around your knees, until she has had the satisfaction of knowing you are too scared to face her. You understand her, and know that you would do the same if you were in her place. Life.
